Jane Lester Tuggle

Jane Lester Tuggle, 60, of 303 Taft Street, passed away Monday afternoon, July 5, 2010 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, July 7, at First Baptist Church in Eden. Burial is to follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Tuggle was born March 23, 1950, in Leaksville, daughter of Nell Lester and the late Clifford Walter Lester, Sr. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church and a 30 year retiree as an elementary school teacher having taught at Draper Elementary School. Surviving is her husband, Wayne R. Tuggle of the home; sons, Wayne Tuggle, II and wife, Heather, Jason Tuggle and wife, Heather, and Bradley Tuggle and wife, Rachel; five grandchildren, Blair, Reece, Paige, Annadele, and Trey; and her mother, Nell Lester. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Cliff, Jr and Jeff Lester.
