James Lee Rhabe

James Lee Rhabe, 83, of Eden passed away Friday, December 15th, at Ancora Compassionate Care in Reidsville.

James was born September 20, 1940 to the late Nicholas and Garnette Rhabe. He was a 1958 graduate of Morehead High School and served 3 years in the Navy as an admin clerk.

He retired from the post office with 33 years of service. James was an avid golfer and enjoyed golf trips to the coast. He enjoyed his cats and feeding wild animals.

James is survived by his wife, Gloria, of 59 years and children Gina Closson (Monty), John Rhabe and Mitchell Rhabe.
