James Everette Duggins

James Everette Duggins, 45, devoted husband, loving father and son, of 224 Garrett Road, passed away Thursday night, May 19, 2011 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 4 PM on Tuesday, May 24, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Overlook Cemetery. Mr. Duggins was born July 1, 1965 in Reidsville, NC. He was a US Army veteran and formerly employed by Karastan in Eden. Surviving is his son, Adam Duggins of Eden; two daughters, Amy Marie Duggins of the home and Ashley Jane Duggins of Stoneville; granddaughter, Aubree Marie Duggins of Stoneville; mother, Jane Thompson Ferguson of the home; sisters, Sara Duggins of the home and Rena Lee of Eden; and two brothers, Andrew and Darryl Ferguson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tara H. Duggins; and step-father, Andrew Ferguson, Sr. The family will receive friends Monday evening, 7 - 9 PM at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
