Jackie Lee Yarber

Jackie Lee Yarber, 74, of Eden, North Carolina, passed away on March 13, 2025.

Jackie Lee was born on July 24, 1 950, to Jack Letty Yarber and Violet Opal Mitchell Yarber in Hilltop, West Virginia. Jackie Lee and his nephew Charles ran a mechanic and tow truck business in Redford, Michigan before working at the Detroit Country Club Golf Course where he worked twenty years as a security guard and twenty-five years as the head mechanic caring for their fleet of golf carts. After retiring Jackie Lee spent much of his time fishing and enjoying activities centered around classic cars before moving to Eden, North Carolina to be with his brother.

Jackie Lee is predeceased by his parents; sisters, Ann and Martha; his brother, Bill; his daughter, Tammy; and his wife, Judy.

He is survived by sisters, Betty, Peggy, and Jeannie of Oak Hill, West Virginia and Shirley of Troy, Michigan and a brother Larry of Eden, North Carolina. Jackie Lee is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

At Jackie Lee's request there will be no visitation or formal service.
