Ina "Marge" Gower Linger

Ina “Marge” Gower Linger, 93, of Eden, NC, passed away on Wednesday, December 01, 2021, at her home.

A graveside service will be held at 11am, Friday, December 3rd, 2021, at Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Richmond, Virginia.

Marge was born on June 27th, 1928, in Buckhannon, WV, to the late Herman R Gower and Icey Gower. She worked in retail at Macy’s until her retirement. She loved spending time with her family.

Marge is survived by her daughter, Shirley Joyce (Steve) of Eden; daughter-in-law, Sherry Linger; grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Jason), Sara Wiggs, Josh Linger; great grandchildren, Sierra and Kenzie Smith, Tristen and Taryn Linger, Jacob and Ella Grace Wiggs.

In addition to her parents, Marge is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Otto Linger; and son, Ronnie Linger.
