Helen Daphene Robertson Frenette, 94, of Eden passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 11am Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at the Church of the Epiphany Episcopal Church with a reception to follow in the Moncure Hall.

Helen was born May 25, 1930, to the late Leonard Charles Robertson and Helen Murphy Robertson in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick, Canada. She was a graduate of Tobique Valley High School, class of 1948, and Mount Allison University, class of 1952. Helen played Hockey for Mount Allison. She married Francis Flo Frenette in 1956 in Plaster Rock. She worked as a lab technician for many years. After moving to Eden, Helen was still very active in sports. She played tennis and golf at Meadow Greens Country Club. She was the former president of the Ladies Golf Association of Eden. Helen was very active at Church of the Epiphany. She was on the vestry and served on the alter guild. 

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Anne Frenette Carlton of Eden. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Frances Flo Frenette, daughter, Patricia “Allison” Frenette, and son-in-law, Jeffrey Lawrence Carlton.
