Glenn Taylor Fain

Glenn Taylor Fain, 32, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021, at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, March 14th, at Overlook Cemetery.  The service will be live-streamed on the Facebook page of Fair Funeral Home, for those who are unable to attend. He will lie in repose on Saturday from 12 Noon to 6 PM at Fair Funeral Home.

Glenn was born May 16, 1988 in Eden, NC to Toni Cox Fain and the late Ofus “Butch” Fain, Jr.  He was a freelance contractor.

He is survived by his mother, Toni Cox Fain of Eden; maternal grandmother, Catherine Cox of Eden; sisters, Bridgett Snody (Frankie) and Christina Fain Bowman (Richard), both of Eden; uncle, Albert Fain (Tammy) of Stoneville; aunts, Debbie Shockley and “Speedy” White (Frankie, both of Eden; nephews, Travis Snody (Mikayla) and Austyn Snody; great-niece, Haylee Snody; numerous special cousins; and his dog, Dixie.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Glenn Cox; paternal grandfather, Ofus Taylor Fain, Sr.; paternal grandmother, Mildred Fain; great-grandmother, Agnes Richardson; and great-aunts, Frances Maddison and Shirley Cox.
