Glenda Taylor Blackwell

Glenda Taylor Blackwell, 80, of Eden, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021, at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at Willis Memorial Church on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.

She was born April 15, 1941, in Leaksville, NC to the late Ralph Kyle Taylor and Pauline (Grogan) Taylor Wade.  She was a machine operator for Sara Lee.

Glenda is survived by her daughter, Christy Blackwell Apple of Greensboro; one sister, Deloris Taylor of Eden; two brothers, Darryl Taylor of Eden and Michael Taylor of Eden. She is also survived by her two grand daughters Emily Kyle Helms Pace and Holly Nichols Helms and her two great grand children, Silas James Lewis and Kathrine Sky Lewis. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by Michael Fredrick Blackwell.
