On November 7, 2023 Gladys Light Place (nee Howell) passed away; devoted mother of Denise Hunt and her husband Robert, and Kenneth Place; beloved grandmother of Kayla and Alfred; cherished daughter of the late Walter and the late Pocahontas Howell; dear sister of Floretta Farmer (nee Howell), Anderson Howell, the late Clindon Howell, the late Thelma Jones (nee Howell) and the late Ernest Howell. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Noon Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Overlook Cemetery in Eden.
