Frank "Bubba" Edward Ratliff, Jr.

Frank "Bubba" Edward Ratliff, Jr., 74, of  Eden, passed away early Monday morning, March 25, 2019, at UNC-Rockingham Health Care in Eden.  

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, April 6, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Cindy Joyce, 1125 Simpson Street, Eden. 

Mr. Ratliff was born March 11, 1945 in Spray, NC, to the late Frank E. Ratliff, Sr. and Katherine Ratliff.  He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a retired construction worker with the Army Corps of Engineers.  

He is survived by his son, John Franklin Ratliff of Warren; sister, Cindy Joyce (Jimmy) of Eden;  nephew, David Brooks;  nieces, Allison Younts  and Jessica Hatcher;  aunt, Ann Hill of Eden;  uncle, Jim Kallam of Atlanta, GA;  and numerous cousins.
