Fleta May Hunter Martin, 92, of 1464 Virginia Street in Eden, passed away early Thursday morning, October 13, 2016, at her home.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 15, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Fleta was born August 27, 1924 in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Charles Edwin Hunter and Ruth Carter Hunter. She was a member of Riverview Presbyterian Church and a retiree of Fieldcrest Mills.
She is survived by two sons, Stephen Martin of Lugoff, NC and Nick Martin and wife, Kim of Eden; six grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Karl Martin and son, Michael Martin.
The family will receive friends Friday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
