Eva Meeks Jarrett, 85, of Belmont, NC passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, September 29, at Draper Christian Church in Eden.
Eva was the daughter of of the late James F. Meeks and Mentoria Lawson Meeks. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Raburn (Gary); grandsons, Tyler and Austin Raburn; and sister, Martha Eanes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Billy Brown Jarrett; brothers, Otis, Riley, Hughes, and Philip Meeks; and sisters, Gracie Key, Irene Hodnett, and Thelma Hodnett.
