Ernest Hutchens

Mr. Ernest Phillip Hutchens, 58, passed away Friday, April 12th at Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 19th at 2:00pm in the Fair Funeral Home Chapel.  A visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Ernest was born September 27, 1965 in Rockingham County.  He was self-employed and owned East Coast Installers Construction Company.  He was a workaholic but in his free time he loved to fish.  Mostly he loved his kids and family.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Tracy; sons Matthew Hutchens (Hope), Nicholas Hutchens (Carley); sisters, Sherry Cobb (Bobby), Hope Kirks (William), Maggie Blalock; brother, Brent Manuel (Vanassa); grandson, Jonah Lee; special friend, Ronnie Underwood; several nieces.

Ernest is preceded in death by his mother, Maggie Hutchens; mother in-law, Magdalene Jones Manuel and father in-law, Bobbie Cephus Manuel.
