Ellen Virginia Craddock

Ellen Virginia Pulliam Craddock, 73, passed away early Wednesday morning, September 23, 2020, at UNC-Rockingham Rehab & Nursing Center in Eden.

A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, October 3, at Summit Road Church of God in Eden.

Born November 22, 1946 in Stoneville, NC, Ellen was the daughter of the late Silas and Virginia Spencer Pulliam.  She was a member of Summit Road Church of God and was formerly employed by Spray Cotton Mill.

She is survived by her two daughters, Virginia Willard of Eden and Teresa Weatherby of Salisbury; two sons, Timmy and Thomas Howell, both of Summerfield; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and siblings, David Pulliam of Reidsville, Janie Carter, Julia Pulliam, April Hurd-James, Johnny Pulliam, all of Eden, and Becky Burnett of Reidsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Benjamin Franklin Craddock; sons, John Corum and Robert Craddock; daughters, Tammy Craddock and Shirley Annas; and six siblings, Matthew Pulliam, Ronnie Pulliam, Jimmy Pulliam, Nancy Corum, Jewel Pulliam, and Elizabeth Pulliam.
