Elizabeth Ruth Reynolds Myers

Elizabeth Ruth Reynolds Myers, 77, of 235 Newton Road in Ruffin, passed away early Wednesday morning, July 9, 2014, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County in Wentworth.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, July 11, at Danview Cemetery.

Mrs. Myers was born November 9, 1936 in Cucumber, WV, to the late Marlin Seral Reynolds and Willia Williams Reynolds. She was a former member of Charity Baptist Church and a retiree of Fieldcrest / Pillowtex.

She is survived by her daughters, Ruth Mullins Bailey and husband, Eugene and Carol Sue Mullins, both of Eden; son, Robert Louis Mullins and wife, Barbara, also of Eden; nine grandchildren; sisters, Delores Scyphers and husband, Everett of Richlands, VA and Janice Lowe of Fayetteville; numerous nieces and nephews; and special family friends, Jim Ed Powell and Laurie of Ruffin.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, 7 - 9 PM, at Fair Funeral Home.
