Douglas Ray Terry

Douglas Terry, 83, of 165 Murray Lane in Eden, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019, at his home.

A visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 5 - 6 PM, at Fair Funeral Home.  There will be no formal service.

Doug was born January 24, 1936 in Eden, NC, to the late Clyde and Mae Terry.  He was a US National Guard veteran and a retiree of AT & T.   Doug was a handyman, enjoyed gardening and visiting flea markets.  He loved his family dearly, including his cat, Molly.

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Dodson and Jimmy Ball of McLeansville;  two sons, Douglas Terry, Jr. and David Terry, both of Greensboro;  six grandchildren;  and four great-grandchildren

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings.
