Donola Dunn Craig

Donola Dunn Craig, age 78 of 819 Grand Oaks Drive, Eden passed away on Friday afternoon September 16, 2011 at Hospice Home of Rockingham County surrounded by her loving family. A funeral service will be held 4 pm Monday afternoon at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Lawson Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 2:30 pm til 4 pm prior to the service and other times at her home. Mrs. Craig was born May 22, 1933 in Rockingham County to the late Albert and Matlida Martin Dunn. She was retired from Karastan Rug Mill and was very active in her Sunday School class at Trinity Wesleyan. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Dillard Craig by her sister; Coleen Brooks, brother; Earl Dunn and special neice Cindy Carter. Surviving her are daughter; Karen Carter and husband Barry, son; Randy Craig and his friend Marcia Rhodes, son; Dillard Michael Craig and wife Wanda, sister; Millie Carter and husband John all of Eden, grandsons; Jason Craig and wife Joni, Justin Carter and his fiance Lynne Davis and granddaughter; Martha Ratliff , numerous great grand children, nephew Gary Dunn and special friends; Pastor Wayne Johnson and wife Sylvia and their family, and neighbors Gene and Susie Brooks.
