Donald "Wayne" Russell, III, 37, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, January 27, at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.
Wayne was born November 10, 1979 in Eden, NC.
He is survived by his mother, Shelby Hodges Lee; father, Donald Wayne Russell, Jr.; brother, Jordan Robert Lee; sister, Amber Russell; great-uncle, James "J. C. " Trent; uncles, Jesse Robert Hodges, III and Robert "Bobby" Hodges; several cousins, step-family and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Clifford and Eva Trent; grandparents, Robert and Irene Hodges; grandmother, Dorothy Carter; and uncle, James Lee Hodges.
The family will receive friends Friday afternoon at Fair Funeral Home, from 1 pm to 1:45 pm before proceeding to the cemetery for the service.
