Destiny M. "Charlie" Deal

Destiny M. "Charlie" Deal, 15, passed away Tuesday, January 25th at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm, Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Overlook Cemetery in Eden with a visitation for 1 hour prior at Fair Funeral Home in Eden.

Charlie was born August 2, 2006, in Eden, NC, to Jonathan David Deal and Candice Pulliam Torrence. He was talented, artistically and musically. Charlie was incredibly creative. He collected stuffed animals and loved to buy vintage items. Charlie also loved his snowglobes. He loved hiking. Charlie was generous. He had a wacky sense of humor. Charlie was wise beyond his years.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Candice Pulliam Torrence of Eden, NC; father, Jonathan Deal, Sr. of Cascade, VA; brothers, Jonathan Deal, Jr., Caiden Deal, and Owen Torrence; maternal grandparents, Angela Wooten of Deer Lodge, MT, Lee Pulliam of Eden, NC; paternal grandparents, Elvis Barker of Martinsville, VA, Dennie Deal of Danville, VA; aunts, Hannah Barefoot (David Jordan), Savanna Collins (Jeremy Phelps); uncles, Ronnie Sturgill (Trish), Dennie Deal (Bridget); cousins, Lunar Jordan, Nolan Hunter, Robbie Collins, and Maximus Deal.
