Derenda Louise Robinson

Derenda Louise Robinson, 56 of Eden, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Reidsville, NC. The family will receive friends through January 16th at 123 Kirkwood Ct in Eden.

Derenda was born February 12, 1969, in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Curtis Lewis and Jerline Lewis. She worked as a teacher with Rockingham County Headstart. Derenda was a member of Little Bethlehem Christian Church in Eden. She enjoyed knitting and spending time with her loved ones. Derenda loved doing outreach and missionary work.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Crystal Lewis and Natalie Hairston (Adam); son, NaQwan Robinson (Maria); nine grandchildren, Nyla-Nicole, Caden, Nadia, Jaxon, Jaya, NaQwan Jr., Jade, Nariah, Nevaeh; life-long partner, Nathan Robinson; two sisters and two brothers.

In addition to her parents, Derenda is preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
