Dennis Ray Hodges

Dennis Ray Hodges, 73, of Eden, NC, formerly of Ridgeway, VA, passed on April 30, 2022, at UNC Rockingham Health Care in Eden.

A memorial service will be held 1:00pm, Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at St. Joseph of the Hills Catholic Church in Eden, NC, with burial to follow at Roselawn Burial Park in Martinsville, VA.

Dennis was born March 19, 1949, in Martinsville, VA, to the late TK Hodges and Estelle Turner Hodges. He was the owner operator of Special Touch Refinishing, Inc. Dennis was a member of St. Joseph of the Hills Catholic Church in Eden. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Carolyn Gunter Hodges of the home; daughter, Melissa Cadwell (Joel) of Radford, VA.; grandchildren, Cody Cadwell, Alicia Cadwell, Nicholas Hodges, Somer Hodges.

In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Ray Hodges; brother, Danny “Moon” Hodges.
