Denise Tuggle Vaden

Denise Renee Tuggle Vaden, 56 of Stoneville, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Eden Rehabilitation and Health Care.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Friday, November 7, 2025 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden. Burial will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Denise was born December 28, 1968, in Rockingham County, North Carolina to Benny Marion Tuggle and Laverne Church Tuggle. She worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for more than 20 years at Stoneville Elementary School. Denise loved working with the children and she always went out of her way to help with after-school programs. Denise loved the beach, specifically Ocean Lakes. She enjoyed scrapbooking, thrifting, and going to yard sales. Denise loved holidays and was the life of the party. Mostly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her core group of friends she had since high school.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Benny and Laverne Tuggle; daughter, Sydnee Vaden; son, Benjamin Vaden; sister, Debbie Tuggle; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Denise is preceded in death by her brother, Randy Lee Tuggle.
