Debra Sue Stump Blevins, 69 of Danville, VA, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Sovah Hospital in Danville.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Monday, February 9, 2026, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden with burial to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 4-6pm at Fair Funeral Home in Eden.

The family will receive friends at other times at the home, 5020 Ridgewood Dr, Danville, VA.

Debra was born December 1, 1956, in Leaksville, NC, to the late William Stump, Sr., and Bessie Robertson Stump. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Danville. Debra worked as a manager of It’s Fashion in Danville for many years until her retirement in 2016. Debra enjoyed gardening. She had a heart of gold, was a great listener, and gave great advice. More than anything, Debra loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a servant’s heart and soul. She was a wonderful Mom and was devoted to her family. Her grandbabies were her world.

Surviving are her children, Angela West of Eden, NC; David Fagge of Kernersville, NC; Steven Blevins (Gina) of Danville, VA; Jennifer Tucker of Danville, VA; Jackie Blevins of Danville, VA; seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brothers, Sammy Stump (Janet) of Reidsville, NC, Steve Stump (Cindy) of Eden, NC; special friends, JB and Patty of Danville, VA.

In addition to her parents, Debra is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Jack Blevins; son, Mike Fagge; and brother, Lewis Stump.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunstall Fire Department, 740 Tunstall High Rd, Dry Fork, VA 24549.
