David Lanny Bailey

David Lanny Bailey, age 41, of 2431 East Stadium Dr., Eden, NC, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in Atlanta, GA. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 01, 2015 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Grubbs officiating.

David was born on December 05, 1973, in Rockingham County, NC, to Mildred Holt Craddock and the late John Lee Bailey.

Mr. Bailey worked as a pipe fitter for Environmental Air and was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman who was full of life. He was a loving father and a loyal son to his mother. He is survived by his mother, Mildred Craddock of the residence; step-father, Tony Foley; daughter, Sommer Briana Bailey of Reidsville, NC; Fianc?ɬ�, Shelia A. Hazelwood; brother, John Bailey of Ridgeway, VA; three sisters: Cindi Colangelo, Cathy Odell and husband Randolph Reynolds, and Lori Bailey all of Eden, NC; step-sister, Lisa Price and husband Jeff; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. Mr. Bailey was predeceased by his father, John Lee Bailey.
