David Lee Bailey

David Lee Bailey, 72 of Stoneville, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025, at his home.

David was born November 12, 1953, in Danville, VA, to the late Clyde Lee Bailey and Thelma Irene Petty Bailey. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Eden, NC. David, along with his wife, worked as a travel nurse working across the country in Alaska, Chicago, Vegas, and Southern California. David retired from Annie Penn Hospital as an ICU RN after a career in nursing that spanned 28 years. He was an avid musician and carpenter. David loved his family and was a devoted father.

Surviving are his loving wife, Tiffany Holt Bailey of the home; children, Joseph Chasey Bailey of Arizona, and Wyatt Lee Bailey, Lucas Hale Bailey, Colt Edward Bailey, Sophie Grace Bailey, all of the home; grandchildren, Savannah Bailey of Chatham, VA, David Connor Bailey, Madison Bailey, and Matt Bailey of Reidsville, NC, and Ayla Bailey of Arizona.

Fellowship Baptist Church will hold a memorial service for David on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 1pm.
