Daniel "Dan" Gerard Caron

Daniel "Dan" Gerard  Caron, 68, of 1031 Harris Street in Eden, passed away Thursday morning, June 13, 2019, at his home.

A memorial service will be held in Plainfield, Connecticut at a later date.

Mr. Caron was born November 5, 1950 in Willimantic, CT.  He was the owner and operator of an international commercial loan company.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Laura Rugg Caron of the home;  son, Gerard "Gerry" Caron of Mansfield, CT;  mother, Lorraine C. Caron of Florida;  two sisters, Suzanne Benoit and Rosanne Caron-Thompson, both of Florida;  step-son, Philip Richard of N. Windham, CT;  two step-daughters, Tracy Bergin in Sanford, NC and Amy Bonney of N. Windham, CT;  and three step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerard Caron.
