Dagan Matthew Gammon, 5 months old, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Brenner's Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 9, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Overlook Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Dusty Gammon of Eden; father, Donald Gammons; sister, Skylar Hodgson; and brother, Dylan Gammon, all of Eden; maternal grandparents Betty Hodge Gilley and Jimmy Donald Gilley, Jr of Eden; and paternal grandmother, Renee Gammons of Eden.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (1 - 2 PM) at Fair Funeral Home.
