Constance Joann Power Franklin of Salem, Oregon, passed away Monday June 3rd 2013.

Constance was born September 24, 1932 in Salem, Oregon.

Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by her father, Michael Benton, mother and stepfather, Madeline and Jack Power, the father of her children and love of her life, Thomas Franklin, Sr., brother-in-law James Franklin and sister-in-law, Sue Richardson.
