Clarence Eugene Cheshire

Clarence Eugene Cheshire, 43, of 1372 Virginia Street, passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at his home. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, January 20 at Old Time Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Cheshire Family Cemetery. Clarence was born July 13, 1967 in Eden, son of the late Joseph Wesley and Pattie Kallam Cheshire. He was a member of Old Time Baptist Church and was a deputy sheriff with Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. Surviving is his sister Mildred Cheshire and husband, Bobby Callahan of Eden; best friend, Frances Cheshire; and special friend, William East. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, 7 - 9 pm at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
