Charles Franklin Freeman, Sr.

Charles Franklin Freeman, Sr. age 65 of Virginia Street, Eden, NC, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at his home.

A memorial service will be held 2pm Thursday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Lawson Cemetery.
Charles was born December 17, 1957 to the late Rupert and Mary Poff Freeman.  He served in the N.C. Army National Guard.  Charles worked for Spray Cotton Mills and Wysong and later TYCO.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR and football ,working on cars, going camping and drinking coffee, but he loved his family and grandchildren the most.

Surviving are his son, Charles F. “Chuck” Freeman, Jr. ; daughter, Melissa Roberts and husband David; grandchildren, Rydia Antu and Trinity Roberts; mother of his children, Billie Jean Freeman; brother-in-law’s, Ricky Prillman and Jerry Prillman; mother-in-law, Alma Jean Prillman and father-in-law, James “Billy” Prillman.
