Chandra Lynette Warren

Chandra Lynette Warren, 44, passed away Sunday night, March 21, 2021, at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, March 24th, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (1 – 2 PM).

Born August 7, 1976 in Forsyth County, NC, Chandra was a graduate of Aspen University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.  She worked for 20 years as a Registered Nurse for Morehead Memorial Hospital and more recently as an Occupational Health Nurse for Cone Health.  Chandra loved the nursing profession, loved helping people, enjoyed reading and was a collector of Mickey Mouse memorabilia.

She is survived by her son, Kyle Dubois (Brooke) of Eden; parents, Gerald Warren, Jr. of Danville and Phyllis Williams Warren of the home; brother, Jason Warren (Cassie) of Eden; Nieces and nephews, Jacob, Jaylon, Kaley, Lacey, Derek and Kaylee, all of Eden; Aunts, Debra Morton (Ray), Gena Benfield (Rick) and Brenda Howard; aunt, Teresa Warren; uncles, Frank Williams (Viola) and Mike Williams (Linda); special friends, Susan Kirks and Jan Bullins; and her Cone Health Family.

Chandra is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Frank Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Warren, Sr.
