Cathryn Stephenson

Cathryn Stephenson, 75, passed away Wednesday evening, August 26, 2020, at UNC-Rockingham Health Care in Eden.

A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday September 3, at Overlook Cemetery. She will lie in state on Wednesday afternoon 12 Noon – 5 PM at Fair Funeral Home for those wishing to come by to pay their respects.

Born November 10, 1944 in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Thelma Ray Williams.  Cathryn retired from Pillowtex.

She is survived by her son, Donnie Ramsey of Eden; daughter, Tracey Hundley of Ruffin; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Doris Ayers of Anderson, SC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Stephenson and her two brothers, Tommy Williams and Buddy Williams.
