Carl Everett Wise Eden; dateline Carl Everett Wise, age 77 of 213 Bryant Street, Eden passed away at his home. Funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday March 17, 2012 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Carl was born September 18, 1934 in Stoneville, NC to the late Charlie and Leona Huffman Wise. He served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany during the Korean War. Carl retired from Fieldcrest Mills. He was preceded in death along with his parents, by his wife Joy Morgan Wise. Surviving him is his sister, Kathleen Mills of Eden; brother, Charlie McCants Wise, Sr. of Jacksonville Beach, Fla., neices, Stephanie McAdam and Jann MacInnes, nephew, Charles Wise, Jr. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 - 2 pm and other times at the home of his sister Kathleen Mills 116 Taft Street, Eden, NC. Memorial contributions may be made to Stoneville Christian Church, 209 Glenn Street, Stoneville, NC 27048; or to Trinity Wesleyan Church, 186 E. Aiken Road, Eden, NC 27288.
