Bryan “Scott” Hall, 51, passed away Tuesday morning, May 18, 2021, at his home.
A funeral service will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, May 22nd, at Draper Christian Church with burial to follow in Danview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, 6 – 8 PM, at Draper Christian Church and other times at the home.
Scott was born November 2, 1969 in Eden, NC. He was a graduate of Morehead High School, Class of 1988 and graduated from Rockingham Community College with an Associates Degree in Computer Science. Scott was a member of Draper Christian Church where he served as an Elder and as a Sunday school teacher. He loved his Lord and talked to anyone and everyone about that love. He enjoyed woodcarving and coin collecting and considered himself Richard Petty’s #1 fan. Scott was an avid hunter, a jokester and a real people person as he never met a stranger.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret South Hall of the home; three sisters, Hope Mullins (Royal), Debbie Redd (Jarrell) and Beverly Ragland (Roger); brother, Henry Hall; seven nieces; seven nephews; 12 great-nieces; 15 great-nephews; his girlfriend, Angie Bentley and her sons, Trevor and Jaxson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Lee Hall; sister, Kim Nance and her husband, Allen; and brother, Kenneth Lee Hall, Jr.
