Brenda Pruitt Blackwell

Brenda Pruitt Blackwell, age 83 of Eden, NC passed away early November 23rd, 2024 at Ancora Compassionate Care in Wentworth, NC.

 A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday November 26th at Overlook Cemetery in Eden with a visitation from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm at Fair Funeral Home prior to the graveside.

Brenda was born to the late James Pruitt and Ethel Jones Pruitt in Rockingham County , NC on November 2, 1941. She worked locally with a storage company in Eden as a Secretary. Surviving Brenda are her husband Woodrow "Stanley" Blackwell of the home, son, Keith Williams and his wife, Kim, of North Myrtle Beach, SC, daughter, Susan Lipford and her husband, Jason, of Ruffin, NC, two grandchildren, Jay and Hannah Lipford, also of Ruffin, NC. Preceding her in death along with her parents is her brother, James Pruitt, Jr.
