Boyd Leon Fisher

Boyd Leon Fisher, 92, passed away early Thursday morning, May 28, 2020, at his home.

A graveside service will be held 11am on Tuesday June 2, 2020 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Fisher was born January 7, 1928 in Roanoke, VA to the late Leon Jonathan Fisher and Nellie Lucille Barker Fisher.  He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was a retiree of Fieldcrest Mills.

He is survived by his wife of almost 42 years, Ruby Dabbs Fisher of the home; daughter, Linda F. Pomp; grandson, Brian Garrett; two great-grandchildren, Holly Adelle Garrett and Conner Garrett; and sister, Barbara F. Hopper.
