Bobby Lee Saunders

Bobby Lee Saunders, 87 of Eden, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, January 13th, at Gibson House surrounded by his loving family.

A funeral service will be held at 11am Friday, January 17, 2025 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Happy Home Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-7pm Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Fair Funeral Home.

Bobby was born in Draper on April 15th, 1937 to the late Bettie Bowers and John Early Saunders. He was of the Christian faith and attended Draper Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Bobby is preceded in death by his sisters, Ruth Rumbley, Marcie Light, Betsy Wray, and brother, John Franklin Saunders.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Neva Brown Saunders of the home; children, Bruce Saunders (Wanda), Beth LeSueur (Marshall), Karen Grubbs (Kenny), and April Martin (Tanya); grandchildren, Dr. John LeSueur (Liz), Paul LeSueur (Hannah), Brad Martin (Cortney), Victoria Grubbs (Jorge), Benjamin Cole Grubbs, Tyler Coleman and Carson Coleman; great-grandchildren, Kara Martin and Lennon Martin; step-grandchildren, Sean Smith, Renee Vernon, and Tracey White; step-great-grandchildren, Samuel Smith, Jacob Smith, Cody Lovelace, Krysta Proctor, and Cameron Wilson; step-great-great-grandchild, Dalyn Proctor; sister, Mamie Hairfield.
