Bobby King Price, 81, of 355 Center Meeting House Road in Stoneville, passed away Thursday night, November 10, 2011 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, November 13, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Floyd Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Price was born June 8, 1930 in Rockingham County, son of the late Homer and Eva King Price. He attended Floyd Baptist Church and was a retired mechanic. He was the former owner and operator of B & T Used Cars. Surviving are his wife, Dora Virginia Odell Price of the home; four daughters, Virginia Alcorn and husband, Bobby Joe of Stoneville, Kay Wray and husband, Frankie of Stoneville, Janet Price Goins and husband, Donnie of Reidsville, and Lisa Stevens and husband, Wayne of Stoneville; five grandchildren, Keith Alcorn and Heather, Kenny Alcorn and fiancee', Dolorez, Joshua Martin and wife, Brittany, Delia Wood and husband, Jimmie, and Allison Jones; 10 great-grandchildren; and sister, Lucille Carter of Eden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Bonnie Price Boyd; a brother, Leroy Price; and a sister, Pauline Joyce. The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Terry Daniel, the 4th floor staff at Morehead Memorial Hospital, and the staff of the 400 Hall at Brian Center, for all their care and support. Visitation will be held on Saturday evening 6 - 8 PM at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home of his daughter, Kay Wray, 1270 Wray Road in Stoneville.
