Billy Lee Jarrett

Billy Lee Jarrett, 85, of Greensboro passed Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

A private family graveside memorial service will be announced and held at a later date.

Billy was born January 28, 1937, in Henry County, VA, to the late Fred and Lillie Mae Jarrett. He worked as a salesman of fishing and tackle equipment for many years. Billy was an avid golfer and member of the Bryan Park Senior Golf Association. He loved reading and traveling with his family.

Surviving are his sons, David Jarrett (Jeanne) of Chapel Hill, NC, Christopher Jarrett (Chelsea) of Portland, OR; twin brother, Bobby Jarrett of Fredricksburg, VA; half brother, Mark Jarrett (Virginia) of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren, Margaret Jarrett, Samuel Jarrett, Julien Jarrett, Wesley Jarrett.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his loving wife, Myron Theresa Hopkins Jarrett.
