Betty Mae Hall Snyder

Betty Mae Hall Snyder of 606 Fraker Place and most recently of The Brian Center of Eden, NC, passed away Tuesday evening, November 22, 2011. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, November 25, at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery located at 1834 Highway 158 East in Yanceyville, NC. Pastor Clyde Everette will officiate. Mae, as she was referred to most of her life, was born in 1911 to Felix F. and Ellen Sullivan Hall in Rockingham County. She lived many of her adult years as a housewife in rural Caswell County (Hwy 119) near the township of Leasburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Snyder and her son, Charles Wesley Snyder. Surviving are son, Bobby Eugene Snyder and wife, Judi of Eden and daughter-in-law Ala Snyder of Leasburg. Other survivors include grandchildren, Charles Reuben Snyder of Eden, Robert Eugene Snyder of Carthage, and Patricia Snyder Ramsey of Oxford. Visitation will be held immediately prior to the graveside service at Beulah Baptist Church. The family would like to thank the Brian Center of Eden and their staff for their love and care.
