Benita Jean Duncan Mckinney

Benita Jean Duncan McKinney, age 65 of 2591 Price Road, Eden passed away early Christmas morning December 25, 2011 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. 

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, December 30, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in RidgeviewMemorial Gardens. 

Mrs. McKinney was born February 19, 1946 in Leaksville, NC, daughter of the late Elmer Lee and Lessie Mitchell Duncan. 

Surviving are her daughter, Tracy Land of Eden; sons, Wayne Inman and wife, Janet of Lincolnton and David Inman and wife, Maria of Rota, Spain; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and brother, Kenneth Duncan of Alabama. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby McKinney; and brother Alvin Ellis Duncan. 

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, 6 - 8 PM at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
