April Lynn Gusler Gilliam

April Lynn Gusler Gilliam, 50, of Eden, passed away on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 20th, 2021, at 2pm at the Land Family Cemetery in the Old Eden City Park. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at Fair Funeral Home and then proceeding to the cemetery for services.

April was born on August 22nd, 1971, in Eden, NC, to Darrel Gusler and Sharon Land Gusler.  She was a graduate of Morehead High School, class of 1989. April worked as a Sales Associate for Mitchell’s Drug Store in Eden.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Phillip Thomas Gilliam, of the home; daughter, Riley Gilliam, of the home; and her father, Darrel Gusler of Eden.

April is preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Land Gusler; grandparents, Elmer and Evelyn Land;  Page and Arline Gusler.
